Signing up
You can create a free account by agreeing to the terms and filling in the sign-up form.
Members do not need to re-enter their details at checkout and can join member-only events and benefits.
Ordering
Search products → Add to cart → Sign in or order as a guest → Fill in the order form → Choose a payment method and pay → Order complete
If you order as a guest, be sure to remember your order number and the password you set. Guest order lookup requires the orderer name, order number and password.
Payment
For large payments your card issuer may call you to confirm.
For bank transfers the depositor name must match the actual sender before the order ships.
Deposits are due within 7 days of the order; unpaid orders are canceled automatically.
Shipping
Orders paid before 3 PM ship the same day. (May vary depending on stock)
Exchanges & returns
When exchanges and returns are not accepted
Items that have been washed, altered, had tags removed, or show signs of use or staining
Items that carry a scent from perfume, cosmetics or fabric softener
Damaged or missing individual packaging or shipping box, or after the statutory window has passed
Refunds
Credit card payments are refunded by canceling the authorization; if already billed, the card issuer refunds it the following month.
Store credit
When store credit expires
It is canceled together with a canceled or refunded order.
It expires automatically when you close your account.
Each credit can be used until the end of the 365th day after the day it was earned, and expires after that.
Credit returned by a canceled or refunded order keeps its original expiry date.
